2RMT SERVICE

Repair, adjustment, Update, Test

We are now able to repair, adjusting, installing, upgrading and testing all your E-sky helicopters, Align, CopterX, Walkera.
If you are overwhelmed with repair, installation or adjustment of your model, we can help!

How it works?

1) Write to us 2rmt@e-topmodelrc.com or use the form HERE contact with a brief description of your problem or update that you want.

2) After reading your mail and acceptance by our 2RMT SERVICE, you must choose one of three options offered on the site and we will give you a tracking number and shipping address to 2RMT SERVICE.

3) Once we receive your model will be examined and tested. We will offer to complete the necessary work according to your instructions. We will contact you by mail to the agreement work. After your payment, the period of work required will be based on the formula chosen.

4) If you decide not to work, then your model will be re-shipped as soon as possible.

Contract execution

Shipping:

The shipping model of the customer to our premises is the responsibility of the customer.
The shipping model of our local customer is included in the formula chosen .*

* Only for France Metropolitan. For other countries please contact us.

Work:
Our SERVICE 2RMT repair / adjustment / is trying to model your chosen option (fees dispatch from our premises included). The work required will be implemented and only upon request and consent of the customer. In the case of a compatibility problem arise, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be the sole decision of what to do.

Spare parts:
In cases where parts are to change or add to your model, you will be billed at the current price on the site over the formula chosen. You will receive an estimate before any work. The customer may not accept the estimate and we provide these own spare parts to perform the work requested. In this case, we do not guarantee the room changed.

Costs Return:
Return costs are included in the package chosen.
If the customer does not wish to make reparation by our service model will be returned as soon as possible.

Forms 2RMT SERVICE:
Formula 1: Implementation of work after payment within 30 working days.
Formula 2: Implementation of work after payment within 15 working days.
Formula 3: Implementation of work after payment within 7 working days.

Digital Signature:
By choosing one of three formulas, you agree to this contract 2RMT SERVICE execution.

This formula does not take into account the repairs under warranty, please use this link to return to your account history.
